Procon has been in the PPE industry for more than 50 years, and is most definitely your one-stop-shop for all your PPE requirements. We have been involved in most of the research and development in personal protective equipment for the past few years and have supplied PPE directly to the industry as well as through retail distribution. We know and understand customers’ needs and applications in the industry for the harsh South African climate.
Our Expertise & the Birth of grange – Mr. Giep Le Grange (Founder) has been in the PPE industry since 1969 and cut his teeth in the mining division in Welkom (goldfields Area). He has been trained by some of the best in the industry globally and has brought this knowledge and experience into the development of all our specialised products in both the mining & metal foundry industries.
Being leather experts, our staff can design & produce any product that you might want manufactured. With more than 1000 Patterns available currently, we are more than capable of supplying your every need.
Products ranging from foundry aprons, leather spats, hand protection, headwear, and Specialised PPE, open the doors to the rest of the PPE range requested and required by our customers. We are now able to supply you with products from Head–to–Toe!
In 1994 (Procon) Proglove Consolidated Marketing PTY (Ltd) was created to supply the wholesalers/Resellers so the importation of a FULL RANGE of products was initiated to broaden our range and enable us to compete against multiple brands and suppliers.
